Cal4Wheel’s Death Valley Experience 2026 will be held March 18-21, 2026 in Death Valley National Park and adjacent public lands. Our annual Molina Ghost Run, hosted by the Central District, has been traditionally held at the Clear Creek Management Area near Coalinga. The area is currently under a closure order by the Bureau of Land Management, so the event is being held at the Hollister Hills SVRA instead. It is six miles west of Hollister in San Benito County.

The traditional Hangover Run where we try to make it up the Big Southern Butte. Expect snow and a good time, we have never made it to the top of the Butte, but we always have a fun trying. Please plan for cold weather and also bring recovery gear if you have it. Lockers are recommended but not necessary. If you don’t have lockers please have tow points as you will most likely need assistance. The butte is one of the largest volcanic domes in the world but at 300,000 years old is also one of the youngest.
